La agricultura tradicional en el desierto - Costa norte del Perú

La organización cultural a comienzos del siglo en el Norte del Perú era otra que la actual. Existía un conjunto de conocimientos agronómicos que permitía la conservación y la extensión de los campos cultivados en el desierto. El artículo trata de presentar estos conocimientos tanto como las causas de su desaparición en un proceso de modernización incompleto, depredador y postizo.Downloads
