Influido por las reminiscencias del pasado incaico, el cronista peruano Guarnan Poma de Ayala propone hacia 1613 al rey de España, Felipe III, que ejerza la monarquía del mundo rodeado de otros cuatro príncipes que representarían las cuatro partes del mundo (Europa, Asia, América, África). Al mismo tiempo proclama los derechos del español en Castilla, del indio en las Indias, del negro en Guinea, es decir, de cada natural en su reino. Admite la soberanía del monarca español - que para él rige en el mundo - y la extensión de la fe católica, pero reclama el respeto a los derechos de los naturales en su propio reino.Downloads
