Drei Steinarbeiten aus Nordwest-Argentinien im Staatlichen Museum für Völkerkunde München

El Museo Etnográfico Estatal de Munich, en el cual Walter Lehmann estuvo a cargo de la sección americana entre los años 1910y 1913, adquirió a partir de 1968, por gestión del autor, tres objetos de piedra procedentes del noroeste argentino: un pequeño ídolo en forma de una mujer desnuda, de pie, realizado en piedra verde laminar; un cuenco rectangular, confeccionado en un material similar, que presenta figuras de víboras y hombres en relieve (presumiblemente utilizadas para consumo de drogas) y, por último, un gran mortero con dos rostros, de granito gris claro. Los tres objetos pertenecen presumiblemente a la cultura Ciénega y pueden ser datados entre los siglos I y III de nuestra era.Downloads
