Las recientes excavaciones llevadas a cabo por la Misión Científica Española en Ecuador, en el yacimiento arqueológico de Ingapirca (Cañar), durante los años 1974 y 1975, han proporcionado una amplia serie de datos e informaciones totalmente inéditos, en relación con la cultura indígena preinca de ese lugar y de esa región, de entre los que seleccionamos uno, particularmente importante, para esbozar preliminarmente en esta ocasión : el de las cabezas-clava como tema ornamental de la arquitectura de ese lugar.Downloads
