El motivo de Orfeo y el viaje al reino de los muertos en América del Sur

Se investiga la distribución en la mitología sudamericana de dos motivos incluidos en una misma temática: el motive de Orfeo describe el viaje que un ser viviente emprende hacia el reino de los muertos con el objeto de rescatar a un muerto querido, y cómo, debido a una prohibición no respetada, fracasa en su intento. El otro, describe un viaje similar, sin que el protagonista intente rescatar a un muerto. Alrededor de ambos motivos se nuclean una serie de rasgos propios de las respectivas concepciones del más allá indígenas.Downloads
