Abstract

Bernecker reflexiona en este artículo, que abre el Dosier, en torno a las fronteras nacionales heredadas de la época colonial y en torno a cómo la flexibilización de estas fronteras históricas es el factor que está posibilitando el desarrollo actual de los estados de Iberoamérica.
