Abstract

Despues de una evaluacion cuantitativa de las fuentes que figuran en la obra de Manuel Gonzalez Prada, estas sirven de hilo conductor para presentar sus principales ideas filosoficas y politicas. Este enfoque intertextual ilustra como se construye la coherencia propia de un pensamiento singular a partir de lecturas muy variadas, y precisa el contenido del cosmopolitismo de aquella epoca.

 

Abstract

 

After a quantitative evaluation of the references quoted in Manuel González Prada’s works, these sources are used as the common thread to present his principal philosophical and political ideas. This intertextual approach illustrates the distinctive coherence of his thought built upon a great variety of readings, and clarifies the content of cosmopolitanism in this period.
