Abstract

En enero de 2003, si no pasa nada extraordinario, asumirá el poder el nuevo presidente del Ecuador; su reto será comandar un sistema político desestructurado –¿o en proceso de reestructuración?– y ofrecer salidas a la complicada situación económica y social del país.
