Abstract

Este artículo examina la implementación local de un programa de transferencia monetaria condicionada, el Plan Jefes y Jefas de Hogar Desocupados en el Municipio de Moreno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires en la Argentina, a partir de un estudio cualitativo centrado en entrevistas a actores municipales y destinatarias del Plan.
