Abstract

Este artigo discute as relações entre o ofício do historiador, a memória, a história e o uso de relatos e imagens, com base em estudo de caso sobre dois relatos que foram tomados de um mesmo depoente no sul do Brasil em 2003 e 2004, acerca da modernização da agricultura no meio-oeste de Santa Catarina.

Abstract

This article discusses the relationship between memory, history, and the use of testimonies and images by the History. It’s a case study about two testimonies caught in South-Brazil between 2003 and 2004, that narrated the process of agricultural modernization of middle-west region of the state of Santa Catarina.
