Abstract

Clément Moreau no era una persona que practicara l´art pour l´art. Este grabador y artista gráfico alemán, que nació en 1903 con el nombre Carl Josef Meffert, tuvo siempre la intención de dirigir un mensaje al espectador y contribuir con su arte a cambiar la realidad social. Moreau, quien vivió en distintos países y trabajó bajo contextos culturales y sociales muy diferentes, logró adaptarse a las situaciones correspondientes tanto como persona como en cuanto al contenido y a la forma artística de su obra.
