Abstract

La cooperación para el desarrollo está pasando por un proceso de redefinición de prioridades debido a los avances de la globalización económica, el cambio climático y los nuevos problemas de seguridad internacional. Este nuevo contexto no deja de influir las relaciones de cooperación entre Europa y América Latina.
