Abstract

Reflexión a  propósito del proceso constitucional iniciado por el presidente de Bolivia, Evo Morales, con un discurso el 22 de enero de 2006, en el cual se pretendía incluir a todos los grupos sociales y étnicos que habitaran el país para refundar la identidad boliviana.
