Abstract

La controvertida Revolución Bolivariana inquieta. Sustentada en unos precios del petróleo que, desde 1999, se han cuadruplicado, promueve rupturas de fuerte contenido simbólico e innegable ambición (geo)política. Su mentor, el presidente Hugo Chávez, se someterá a finales de año a una reelección casi segura. ¿Realmente tan segura?
