Abstract

El siguiente artículo analiza los factores que inciden en la compleja situación de crisis de estado de Perú, después del incidente en Andahuaylas (asalto del exmilitar y posible presidenciable Antauro Humala en un puesto de la Policía Nacional para demandar la dimisión del presidente Alejandro Toledo), hecho que denota un contundente vacío de poder y que Perú se encuentra en un evidente proceso de descomposición institucional.
